Why we started
Mizuno Technologies was founded by engineers who had spent years on the client side of IT projects, watching good budgets go to slow, oversized teams and hand-offs that lost the plot.
We wanted to offer the alternative: a small team of senior people who understand the business problem, write a clear plan, build carefully, and stay around afterwards. That is still the whole model.
Today we work with owner-led companies and mid-sized organizations across manufacturing, logistics, professional services, and healthcare, on projects ranging from a single integration to a full migration and rebuild.
